Announcing Self-Learning Agents

We're excited to announce the beta of Vogent Self-Learning (SL) Agents, which design and improve themselves.

Unlike traditional voice agents, which need to be manually prompted or fine-tuned by hand, Vogent's SL agents use reinforcement learning methods to initialize themselves automatically from unstructured data, like recordings and talk-tracks.

Furthermore, Vogent's SL agents learn from every dial; Vogent evaluates each line to determine where the agent could improve, re-generating unsatisfactory responses and training on them to avoid similar behavior in the future.
